River Studios QCA Griffith University

Clay, pigments, lime, found objects, fencing wire, melted glass, printed digital images, welded steel, cast bronze, 3-channel video.

An installation consisting of an expanded drawing on gallery floor, found and constructed objects, and still and moving digital images. Produced in response to a field trip to central western Queensland camping on rural properties. Part of the Great Artesian Basin, the region is heavily reliant on the continuous flow of bore water drawn from bodies of ancient, subterranean water.
